Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Mikhail Dvoiniakov (United Arab Emirates) — "we" — for the use of the Padel X app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What Padel X does

Padel X records your padel games, helps you mark and keep highlights, make clips, and store them in your own iCloud. The app is provided as-is, and we keep improving it.

Your content is yours

You own everything you record. We claim no rights over your videos, highlights or clips, and we never access them — they live in your device and your private iCloud. You're responsible for what you record and share, and for having the right to record the people and places in your footage.

Acceptable use

  • Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial padel recordings.
  • Respect the privacy of others on and around the court — get consent where it's required by the rules of your venue or local law.
  • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

Storage & backups

iCloud backup is optional and uses your personal iCloud storage, subject to your Apple plan and the limit you set in the app. We don't host your content and can't recover it for you — manage backups from Settings → Memory manage and from iOS iCloud settings.

No warranty

Padel X is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every moment will be detected, recorded, or saved without error — always check that an important game saved correctly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost recordings or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Apple App Store

If you obtained the app through Apple, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms supplement it where they don't conflict.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. We may also update or discontinue features over time. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
